Meet the Founders
Stacy brings over 14 years of experience as a National Beauty Director, working with world-class talent including Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Gwyneth Paltrow. After years at the forefront of the beauty industry, she transitioned into influencer marketing and founded Staud to help creators build intentional, elevated brands. Her background in beauty and talent relations gives Staud a refined perspective on positioning, storytelling, and high-level partnerships.
Andria earned her Business degree from the University of Southern California. Before co-founding Staud, she built her career as an Account Director at a top influencer agency, managing some of the largest creators in the space and overseeing strategy, account management, and long-term growth. With a strong foundation in business operations and digital marketing, Andria brings structure, strategy, and execution to every client relationship.
